Construction has started back with the warmer (and dryer) weather!!! After some lack of communication with the foreman, it is going to take even longer than was originally planned to get all the work done (especially considering they have to go back and fix some mistakes).
A few more trees have been taken down (and need to be removed) and they should be in the home stretch of grading the property (would have been done sooner if not having to clear more trees). They have started site prep for the barn (we are ordering a 12' x 46' shedrow barn with two 12' x 14' stalls and a 12' x 18' run-in) putting down crusher run in the spot it will go (having finally taken down the playground).
Once the barn is in, they will putt down the grass seed and straw, and then we will hire someone do put up the fencing (we have decided to go to use Centaur’s Aiken fence configuration where visible from the road/house and a combination of Polygrid fencing with a top rail of Centaur Hot Rail everywhere else).
